The Dawgs and Jackets are back under the lights in primetime.

ATLANTA — The Georgia Bulldogs are heading to Atlanta to play against the stinging Yellow Jackets at Georgia Tech. This is the 115th all-time meeting between the two rivals since 1893.

History between UGA and GT

Best known as the Clean Old Fashioned Hate game, the longstanding in-state rivalry between the Dawgs and Jackets has historically favored the team from Athens. UGA is 70-39-5 all-time against the Jackets and has recently dominated the series. Georgia has won the last five games by at least more than 20 points.

The Dawgs come into Saturday night's game as 24-point favorites. Despite Georgia Tech having won four times against UGA in the 2000s, all of those wins came in Athens. Georgia has never lost to Georgia Tech in Atlanta since 1999 -- history that bodes very well for another Dawgs win.

When is the game?

Saturday, Nov. 24, at 7:30 p.m. at Bobby Dodd Stadium, at 150 Bobby Dodd Way.
