Northshore Tech hosting first advanced technology summit - NOLA.com

Northshore Technical Community College's inaugural Advanced Technology Summit, designed to inspire and empower the next generation of tech professionals, will take place Feb. 29 in the Castine Center near Mandeville.

More than 750 participants, including NTCC students, alumni, and high school students interested in advanced technical careers, are expected to attend the event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 63350 Pelican Drive.

There will be presentations on the trends in advanced tech, tips for finding jobs and opportunities to network with industry leaders and potential employee/employers.

The summit will also feature a showcase of student projects that demonstrates advanced tech, innovation and collaborative learning.
