Volleyball Sells Out North Carolina Match – Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets - Georgia Tech Official Athletic Site

THE FLATS – No. 14 Georgia Tech volleyball has sold out general admission tickets for its upcoming North Carolina match on Friday at 7 p.m. in O’Keefe Gymnasium, as announced on Thursday.

The Yellow Jackets have now sold out five consecutive matches and six total on the season as the Miami contest on Nov. 5 has also been deemed a sellout. Fans are encouraged to secure tickets for the remaining four matches well in advance HERE.

Although general admission tickets for the North Carolina match have been sold out, limited seating remains available for Georgia Tech students with free admission at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid BuzzCard must be displayed in order for students to receive a ticket to the match.

After kicking off the weekend in front of the sellout crowd against North Carolina on Friday, Tech will wrap up the weekend with a Halloween match against NC State on Sunday at 1 p.m. Limited tickets remain available for Sunday’s contest.

Fans unable to attend the match may follow along as both matches will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra, and live stats will be provided.

The Jackets were recently tabbed No. 14 in the latest AVCA top 25 poll, riding a six-match winning streak into the weekend. Senior right-side hitter Mariana Brambilla was named ACC Player of the Week for her 20+ kill performances in Tech’s road victories over Syracuse and Boston College.

Students with a Buzz Card will be permitted free of charge.
